1. Fill Out Our Prospective Account Form

Please complete our wholesale inquiry form (or email us directly) with details about your business, location, anticipated order volume, and delivery needs.

After submission, our team will review your application, reach out with any additional questions, coordinate samples if needed, and get you into our ordering system. Please allow 3–5 business days for onboarding.

2. How We Operate

Ordering & Communication

• Order cutoff is 2 days prior to delivery by 9:00 AM
• Any cancellations or order changes made after the cutoff may still be charged, as production will already be underway
• All communication is handled via email: neighborsbakeryla@gmail.com (or your actual wholesale email)
• Our team monitors emails daily and responds during business hours

Billing

• Invoices are sent weekly via email
• We do not include printed invoices with deliveries

Payment Terms

• New Accounts: Net 7 for the first 4 invoices
• Established Accounts: Net 14 upon approval
• One-time Orders: Payment due upon receipt

3. Delivery Information

We offer delivery throughout Los Angeles, with flexible schedules depending on location and product mix.

Options include:

• Daily delivery (recommended for retail partners)
• 1x per week minimum

Please note:

• Delivery windows are requested but not guaranteed
• Some breads may not be available before early morning service
• Delivery fee: $8 per stop

Minimums

• $50 weekly minimum to qualify for wholesale pricing
• $25 minimum per delivery

We also offer pickup from our El Sereno bakery with no minimums and no delivery fee.

4. Our Products

Our breads and pies are made by hand in small batches using long fermentation, seasonal ingredients, and traditional methods.

Custom products may be possible depending on production capacity—please ask.
